Budd Lake First Aid & Rescue Back to School Supply drive

 
Dear Business Owner,

The Budd Lake First Aid and Rescue Squad is hosting a school supply drive, to provide students in our local schools with much needed classroom materials. These donated school supplies will be distributed to children at our second annual Back-to-School Party, an event were school children are invited to our headquarters for a party. This event will be held on August 30th, from 6:00-10:00PM the supplies will be due August 28th . I am writing to you in hopes that you would be willing to partner with us in this endeavor. Specifically, we are seeking donations of the following items: 

 

  • -3 to 5 Subject Notebooks
  • -Pencils
  • -Pens
  • -Crayons
  • -Glue Sticks
  • -Small Bottles of Glue
  • -Backpacks
  • -Pencil Holders
  • -Pencil Sharpeners
  • -Markers
  • -Plastic Folders
  • -Composition Notebooks
  • -Earbuds
  • -Scissors
  • -Color Pencils
  • -Fine Point Sharpies
  • -Post It Notes, All Sizes
  • -Dry Erase Markers
  • -Highlighters
  • -Rulers
  • -Sanitizer
  • -Wipes
  • -Tissues
  • -Dry Erasers

 

These items can be dropped off at the Budd Lake First Aid and Rescue Squad building, located at 365 Rt. 46 Budd Lake, NJ, any Wednesday nights between the hours of 7:00 – 9:00PM (please ask to speak to Chavonda Jackson) or can be mailed to our organization (PO Box 761 Budd Lake, NJ 07828) we can also pick the supplies up from your company. In consideration of your donation, we will place adve1iisements for your business in the school supply bags that are hcinded out to the participants. As always, the Budd Lake First Aid and Rescue Squad, Inc., is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and any donations are tax-deductible. If you are unable to purchase supplies, but are willing to make a contribution toward this effort, checks can be made out to “BLFARS” and mailed to the above address – please mark “School Supply Drive” in the memo field, so we knw to set aside the money for this drive.
